CDS provides the missing link to accurate as-builts. CDS images can be referenced directly to as-built drawings to provide a complete picture of hidden conditions.

CDS works hand-in-hand with the client's facilities group to create a complete as-built image library.   As-built image libraries can be configured for a given contract or discipline.

Before walls are covered and ceilings closed, systems are recorded and logged into the CDS database for retrieval during construction or as needed for future maintenance and renovation.

A CDS digital record of installed equipment is ready for inclusion in procedure manuals, maintenance work orders and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
